greatergood offers sustainable fashion products including dresses, tunics, shirts, bottoms, co-ord sets, and jackets & blazers. All products are made in India using plant-based, GOTS-certified organic fabrics.

When purchasing from greatergood, please note:

  •     Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith and represent the product as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour may occur due to photography lighting or screen display settings.
  •     The country of origin for all products is India.

4. Orders, Cancellations, and Returns

4.1  Placing an Order

4.3  Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, greatergood will unconditionally accept returns and process full refunds in the following circumstances:

  •     The product received is defective, damaged, or not in a usable condition.
  •     The product does not match the description or images on the Website (including wrong size, colour, or style).
  •     The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  •     The product was delivered later than the committed delivery date (except in cases of force majeure).

  •     In case of delays due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, courier disruptions), greatergood will notify you promptly and offer alternatives where possible.
