All our items are ethically handmade. We do not undertake returns or exchanges unless damage is justified bothways. Incase of extreme sizing issues, we can exchange for size. Incase you’re still dissatisfied with the product, we will issue a credit note + 10% discount to you for your next purchase. Such note and discount is transferable.
